You buy some software and after using it a while, you may find something about it that you would like to change. But what can you do about it? You often can't return it because you have already opened the package. And even if you can return it, you will have to look for another product that will do the job. We provide a solution to this dilemma by changing the software for you. Your request will be added to our list of requests from other customers. We know that if you suggest a change, there are probably several other people who would like the same change but simply did not think of asking for it. Your new feature, then becomes a part of the current version, available to all future customers. In the long run we both benefit. You get better software and we sell more of it. Here is what you get from us:

Free Demo/Trial Version	You can try any product before buying it by downloading a free demo/trial copy. All demo/trial copies have most of a product's features and will run for a period of 30 days. You buy the product by purchasing an activation code which will give you unlimited use of the base software and any modules you selected.

One Year Warranty	After purchasing an activation code, a product will be covered by a warranty period of one (1) year. During this time you get free technical support (updates and email/telephone help).

Product Customization	During the warranty period you will receive free tailoring of the product to fit the way you work. If you need any improvements or changes, tell us what you need. We will then modify the product to better serve your needs, or refund the purchase price of the activation code. It may take a few weeks or months before we are able to do your change. If you want your change moved to the top of the list, there will be a cost that depends on the complexity of your request. Let us know you want faster service and we'll tell you the cost.
